We are excited here at Sage to be partnering with the Better Business Bureau.
Sage Home Services links older adults with businesses that provide a wide variety of home maintenance, yard and snow removal services. This new relationship will strengthen those referrals by connecting seniors to accredited BBB members who will provide the additional services and supports they may need in order to stay comfortably in their homes.

If you are already registered with Sage Home Services and you'd like to find out how you can become an accredited part of this new initiative, please see Application Process directly below and then click on the documents at the bottom of this page. APPLICATION PROCESS

Thanks for your interest in applying for the new Sage Home Services Accredited Service with our Home Services program.

This new initiative is intended to provide seniors with referrals to services that are BBB Accredited. If you would like to apply, see the following forms. We require:

1. Contractor Application form - please provide a description of your services, business name, etc.
2. Proof of accreditation with the Better Business Bureau. (This can be obtained from the BBB website).
3. Copy of Liability Insurance
4. Copy of Prepaid Contractor's license (if applicable).
5. Signed Confidentiality Agreement
6. Contract with Sage
Version 1 - if you do not require pre-payment for services.
Version 2 - if you do require pre-payment for services, or use subcontractors in providing services.

All paperwork can be submitted to:
