On Friday, November 13, the Association of Fundraising Professionals Edmonton & Area Chapter hosted their 17th Annual National Philanthropy Day Awards luncheon to celebrate the donors, partners, and volunteers who contribute so much to the non-profit community.
This year, Sage was proud to nominate Dignity Memorial and First Memorial Funeral Services for their support of our programs, services, and seniors.
Together, Adam Roddis and Stuart Murray and their teams at Dignity Memorial and First Memorial Funeral Services have set the bar for corporate partnerships in support of seniors in Greater Edmonton. These sister organizations share Sage's passion and commitment for ensuring that seniors are living their best possible lives. Together, they have demonstrated their commitment to our organization in so many ways, including being a Gold Sponsor of the Sage Awards, supporting essential print publications for seniors, providing funds to cover the cost of monthly life enrichment programming, and giving generous financial support that allows seniors to participate in day trips that they would not otherwise be able to attend.
Dignity Memorial and First Memorial Services have positively impacted the lives of many seniors in Edmonton, and for that they deserve to be recognized.
