Introduction to the Arctic Climate


A four week course that examines the environment and climate of the circumpolar North. Learn why the Arctic is cold and ice covered, consider how the Arctic is connected to the rest of the world, and examine present day climate change. Course from the University of Alberta. International Women's Day Pink Tea and Suffrage Discussion


March 8 is International Women's Day, a day to recognize women's achievements and acknowledge the challenges they continue to face in the quest for gender equality. RCMP Dog Training and Red Deer Tour

Walking Tour of the River Valley


Highlights the funicular and Frederick Todd lookout. Walk is organized with the Community Engagement Committee for the River Valley Alliance (RVA). Walk will start and end at Sage and is for varying skill levels.
