Food Services Manager/Executive Chef

The Food Services Manager oversees and maintains an acceptable level of food services for Sage including menu planning, food preparation, product quality, purchasing, cost controls, inventory management, compliance with health and safety regulations, staff and volunteer supervision and general food service area sanitation.
